Collaborative Print Residency - Summer 2026

The Collaborative Print Residency brings two artists together to work on a shared, print-based project at the Print Shop in downtown Holyoke. The program supports collaboration and experimentation using contemporary tools such as digital design, photography, and production printing.

Selected artists are paired intentionally and work together between June and August. Each artist receives a $300 stipend, all materials and supplies are covered, and participants have access to Print Shop equipment, software, a photo studio, and technical support.

The residency concludes with a public exhibition at the ARTery in the fall, along with a public-facing activity such as an artist talk or open studio. Artists working across visual art, design, photography, writing, and interdisciplinary practices are encouraged to apply. Prior printmaking experience is not required.

Applications are open through March 31, 2026, with notifications sent by May 1, 2026. Funding is provided in part by the Holyoke Local Cultural Council, supported by the Massachusetts Cultural Council.
