Only book for the amount of painters you are going to have.

Regular sessions in the SPLATery Paint Room last 30 minutes, providing participants with a focused and engaging creative experience. This time frame allows individuals to prepare in protective gear, explore their artistic expression, experiment with colors, complete their artwork, leave their mark on the walls, and clean themselves up within a manageable period.

On the other hand, if you opt for a Party Room Rental, you have access to the additional Party Room space and Paint Room, for 90 minutes. This longer time frame is designed to accommodate groups, making it ideal for celebrations, events, or larger gatherings. The 90-minute party room rental not only allows for a more leisurely creative process but also provides additional time for socializing, enjoying refreshments, and celebrating the artistic achievements of the participants. the party room is a separate room from the SPLATery paint room where you can decorate and set the party up.

Whether you choose a regular 30-minute SPLATery session or a 90-minute Party Room rental, both options offer a unique and enjoyable environment for individuals or groups to unleash their creativity in the paint room. Participants can create lasting memories while expressing themselves through art in a fun and supportive setting.

We are recommending a minimum age of 5 years.

In a splattery paint room, the recommended protection gear typically includes:

1. Ponchos: These are waterproof and provide coverage for your clothing to protect it from paint splatters.

2. Safety Glasses or Goggles: Eye protection is crucial to shield your eyes from paint splatter and potential debris.

Additionally, it is advised to consider the following options for added protection:

1. No Shoes or Shoes You Don't Mind Getting Messed Up: Going barefoot or wearing socks you don't mind getting dirty is a common choice. Alternatively, you may choose to wear old or disposable shoes to protect your feet.

It's important to adhere to these recommendations to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience in the splattery paint room. Always follow any specific guidelines provided by the facility or event organizers to minimize the risk of injury or damage to personal belongings.

For a 30 minute session we recommend 6-8 people.

Party Room rental we suggest groups of 8-10 painters in the room at one time, the 90 minute session does allow for up to 15 painters. Up to 10 additional guests who will not be painting are also welcome.

The SPLATery is a fundraiser for our non-profit organization Holyoke Art.

No, if it is a group of 2-8 painters, and you are not having cake and opening presents, you can just book a 30 in session.

Parking is available on the street or in nearby garages on Suffolk St (308ft) or Dwight St (643ft).

ParkMobile is free to download and available for both iPhone and Android devices. Users can additionally register on parkmobile.io. After setting up their account, customers can immediately begin using the system with their registered mobile device.

For the party room, please bring your own food, drinks, tablecloths, serving utensils, decorations, lighter, candles, utensils, plates, and anything else you may need for your event. We do have a WiFi speaker available, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer. We provide everything you need for the paint room.
