Sassy Self-Portraits

Service Description

Learn to design, draw, and paint your own Sassy Dame on a canvas -- this is a make & take workshop where each participant will be walked through the process of creating a Sassy Dame based on yourself (or your bestie, we don't mind). Materials will be provided for use during class, and one small square canvas is included in the class cost (participants are welcome to bring additional canvases if they would like). This class is taught by the Sassy Dame herself, Anne Thalheimer! She is an educator, artist, and activist supporting survivors of gun violence. Her activism is about leaving the world a better place and taking responsibility for fixing what is broken.
