Service Description
This hands-on make-and-take workshop will combine art appreciation with practice of techniques as we "mimic the masters" by looking closely at Piet Mondrian's later abstract work. Participants will learn about some of the concepts and ideas behind his body of work then get the chance to practice them, using acrylic paint to create a small work to take home. Participants can work on a piece of their own inspired by Mondrian's design principles. No painting skill required, all materials provided. 2 - 3 pm $25, all ages Instructor: This class is taught by Anne Thalheimer, artist, educator, and local gal-about-town. Anne's a design nerd, and loves vending machines, roller derby, Scotland, Iceland, and the band OK Go. Godzilla's her favorite movie monster and she's passionate about making art accessible to everyone -- especially those who don't feel confident in their skills.

Cancellation Policy
Classes: Customers are able to cancel their booking up to 48 hours in advance. No refunds are allowed if customers attend the class being offered. If customer did not attend their booked class session, they may request a refund for up to 24 hours after the class has ended.
